Eligibility Criteria :

• Educational Qualification :  
  
• For Assistant Laundry Supervisor: 12th pass or its equivalent from a recognized Board/School.
• For Tailor Grade III: 10th Standard pass from a recognized School/Board.
• For Sanitary Inspector Grade II: Pass in Class 12 + Health Sanitary Inspector course (1 year duration) from a recognized university / institution.
• For Library Attendant Grade II: Certificate/ Diploma course in Library Science or Library and Information Service from a recognized University/ Institute.
• For Medical Record Technician: B.Sc. (Medical Records) Or 10+2 (Science) from a recognized board with At least 6 month Diploma/Certificate course in Medical Record Keeping from a recognized Institute / University and 2 years’ experience in Medical Record Keeping in a Hospital Setup.
• For Coding Clerk: B.Sc. (Medical Records) Or 10+2 (Science) from a recognized board with At least 6 month Diploma/Certificate course in Medical Record Keeping from a recognized Institute / University and 2 years’ experience in Medical Record Keeping in a Hospital Setup.
• For Driver (Ordinary Grade): 10^th pass from a recognised Board.
• For Lab Attendant Gr. II: 10+2 with science. Diploma in Medical Lab Technology.
• For Junior Warden (House Keepers): Graduate from a recognised board/ University or equivalent.
• For Hospital Attendant Grade III (Nursing Orderly): Matriculation from a recognized School / Board (ii) Certificate course in Hospital Services conducted

Nationality : Indian

Age Limit: as per published in advertisment

Application Fees:

• for SC/ST/Person with Disabilities : Exempted.
