Eligibility Criteria :

• Educational Qualification :
• For Assistant Officer : Degree in Engineering in Civil or Two years full time MBA (HR/IR)/ MSW or MA(Social Work with HR/IR) / Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations of 2 years or Graduate with 2 years full time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Public Relations/ Journalism/ Mass Communication or Three years full time graduation degree with Inter ICWA/ Inter CA or Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile/ Production/ Electrical discipline.
• For Officer : Three years full time graduation degree with ICWA/ CA or Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile/ Production/ Electrical discipline or Two years full time MBA (HR/IR)/ MSW or MA(Social Work with HR/IR) / Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations of 2 Years.

Nationality : Indian

Age Limit : As on 23.09.2015

• For Assistant Officer : 31 Years.
• For Officer : 32 Years
