- Desirable:- Proven research experience in soil , plant and water testing, management of horticultural / agricultural crops and conducting of field and laboratory experiments, knowledge of instruments used in soil and water management studies, statistical tools and working knowledge of computer software namely MS office ( word, excel and power point)
